Health Context is the lifestyle and background information that helps put your lab results in perspective, such as eating patterns, activity, sleep, stress, social connection, goals, readiness, preferences, allergies, and relevant health concerns. GuideGoat uses this information with science-backed health frameworks to personalize your experience; it is not a diagnosis or an official score from another organization.

AI works alongside GuideGoat’s structured lab interpretation, longitudinal trends, Health Context, and safety logic as part of GuideGoat Health Intelligence™. It helps read reports and turn GuideGoat’s structured health analysis into clear insights, Health Assistant responses, personalized Action Plans, and meals. Automated extraction and AI can make errors, so verify important values against the original report and involve a qualified healthcare professional in medical decisions.

Your health information is not used to train AI models. GuideGoat uses AI as part of its health intelligence system to turn your information into personalized insights and guidance. The AI models used to power GuideGoat are configured so your health information is not used for model training, and our AI requests are configured not to store responses for later retrieval.

GuideGoat protects your information with safeguards including private lab-file storage, access controls, secure sessions, time-limited file links, and protections against abusive activity. Payment-card details are handled by a secure payment processor and are not stored by GuideGoat.

No. GuideGoat does not sell your health information, use it for targeted advertising, or display third-party ads.

You can permanently delete lab reports, individual Health Assistant chats or a profile’s full chat history, whole health profiles and their related health data, or your entire account. Account deletion ends any subscription, and removes your private account data. GuideGoat retains only a protected pseudonymous, non-health record of prior trial eligibility and lifetime Free usage so those one-time benefits cannot be reset; it does not contain profiles, health information, chats, reports, or generated health content. You can also open original lab files and download or share an Action Plan PDF.

GuideGoat accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, and HEIF files. Registered accounts can upload up to 25 files at once, with a 25 MB limit per file and 100 MB total per batch, or enter results manually. Clear, text-based PDFs usually work best. Always compare extracted values, units, dates, and reference ranges with the original report. You can correct manual entries or archive and permanently delete a report before uploading a clearer copy.

Guest access lasts 24 hours. Guest files and results are deleted after 24 hours unless saved to an eligible account with no existing profile or health history. Otherwise, upload the report again from the intended profile.

One adult account owner manages every profile in the account. Free and Premium Individual include one profile, Premium Family 2 includes two, and Premium Family 5 includes five. Only add another person’s information when you have legal authority to manage it. For a profile that may belong to someone under 18, the account owner must confirm they are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized, and a qualified pediatric healthcare professional should review health decisions. After a downgrade, profiles above the new allowance may remain saved but become locked until you choose which profiles to keep active.

Free includes one profile, Insights and Trends, up to three successfully processed lab reports, and 10 lifetime Health Assistant uses. Action Plans and Meals are Premium features. Paid lab limits are shared across the account, while paid Health Assistant limits apply to each covered profile. Exact monthly or yearly allowances appear under “View plan details.” Failed processing does not count, and deleting content or recreating an account with the same verified email does not reset lifetime Free usage.

When offered, a free trial is available once to an eligible customer and its length is shown before checkout. Recreating an account with the same verified email does not provide another trial. A payment method is required, and the selected monthly or yearly plan begins when the trial ends and renews automatically unless canceled. You can cancel from Manage Subscription; access continues through the displayed end date. The timing and any charge or credit for a plan change are shown before you confirm it. Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, and no prorated refund is provided for unused time, except where required by law or for verified billing errors; GuideGoat may issue a discretionary goodwill refund. If a recurring price changes, GuideGoat will notify you before the first renewal at the new price.

No. GuideGoat helps you understand lab results, see trends, and receive personalized health and wellness guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage medical conditions and does not replace a physician, pharmacist, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Do not wait for GuideGoat or the Health Assistant. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent healthcare service immediately. GuideGoat is not a symptom-assessment or triage service.

Lab uploads and manual entry, Health Context, insights, trends, family profiles, the Health Assistant, and plan-dependent Action Plans and meals are available now. Future Insight, the iOS app, lab-portal syncing, and wearable integrations are planned for future releases; dates have not been announced.
