Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and GuideGoat LLC ("GuideGoat," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using GuideGoat Health, including the guest upload experience, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GuideGoat Health brings lab results and broader Health Context together to help people understand their health information and take practical next steps. Depending on your plan and available data, features may include lab processing and manual entry, insights, trends, the Health Assistant, personalized Action Plans, meals, progress tracking, and family profiles. Features marked "upcoming" or "coming soon" are not yet part of the service and are not promised for a particular date.

Account holders must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you create or manage a profile for someone else, you confirm that you have authority to provide and manage that person's information. You are responsible for activity within your account.

For a profile GuideGoat treats as a minor because the birth year provided could still mean the person is under 18, you must confirm that you are the person's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise legally authorized to provide and manage their health information.

GuideGoat Health provides health and wellness information designed to support understanding and informed conversations with qualified healthcare professionals. It does not provide medical care or medical advice, diagnose or rule out a disease or condition, treat, cure, or prevent disease, prescribe or manage medications, supplements, or treatment, establish a clinician-patient relationship, or replace professional medical care.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about symptoms, medication, supplements, treatment, or significant lifestyle changes. GuideGoat Health is not an emergency or medical-triage service. For urgent or emergency concerns, contact local emergency services or an appropriate urgent healthcare service immediately.

GuideGoat Health Intelligence™ combines structured analysis with AI to read reports and create personalized guidance. Automated extraction and AI can make errors, particularly when a source report is unclear or information is missing or outdated. Compare extracted values with the original report and verify important medical information with a qualified healthcare professional before relying on it.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and correct errors you notice.
• Upload only information you have the right and authority to use.
• Use GuideGoat Health lawfully and for its intended health and wellness purposes.
• Keep account credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access.
• Not interfere with, misuse, copy or resell the service, or bypass limits or security.

Guest uploads and results are temporary and are deleted after 24 hours unless saved to an eligible account. Current guest limits and save eligibility are explained in the product and FAQ.

Current features, profile allowances, usage limits, billing periods, and prices are shown in the applicable plan details. Only successfully processed lab reports count toward lab limits. If you move to a plan with fewer profile slots, extra profiles may remain saved but become locked until you select or delete profiles within the new allowance.

Deleting content does not restore usage counted toward its applicable limit. If you later create an account using the same verified email, prior lifetime Free lab-record and Health Assistant usage and prior Premium-trial use remain associated with your eligibility. Usage from an old paid period is not carried into a new paid billing period.

Paid plans renew automatically at the monthly or yearly price and frequency selected at checkout until canceled. Our payment processor handles checkout and payment details.

If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before checkout and it is available only once to an eligible customer. A payment method is required, and the selected paid plan begins when the trial ends unless canceled first.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the displayed period end. The timing and any charge or credit for a plan change are shown before you confirm it.

Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. GuideGoat may choose to issue a goodwill refund at its discretion. If we change a recurring price, we will notify you before the first renewal at the changed price.

Deleting your account ends Premium access and the subscription immediately and prevents future renewal charges. It does not create a right to a prorated refund beyond the exceptions above.

GuideGoat Health is generally available internationally where our service and payment providers support it. Feature and purchase availability may vary by location, and we do not promise that the service satisfies every requirement in every jurisdiction.

You retain the rights you have in information you submit. You give GuideGoat Health and its service providers permission to host and process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service and comply with law. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, shared, retained, and deleted, including when AI or guest features are used.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access for security, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date shown on this page.

GuideGoat Health and its software, branding, designs, and platform content are owned by GuideGoat LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

To the extent permitted by law, GuideGoat Health is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service or its content will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuideGoat LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
